Kitchen & Dietary Services

Kitchen is equipped with latest technology for maximum efficiency, hygiene and to best meet the nutritional needs of the patients. Daily visit by dietician for diet planning of meal etc. for in patient. The department offers services like Daily OPD of Obesity Diet Clinic, Bariatric Diet Clinic, and Antenatal Diet Clinic to the outpatients. The Dietetics and Nutrition department is committed to providing the best possible dietetics and nutritional services comprising of nutritional assessment, counseling services, and enteral and parenteral feeding recommendations to the patients.

House-Keeping Services

Round the clock housekeeping services are provided as per the protocols.

Security & Fire Safety Services

The hospital is equipped with safety alarms, hospital access control and CCTVs. Fire safety devices like smoke detectors, sprinklers, fire alarms, fire safety doors, emergency exit staircases, fire hydrant system ensuring security and safety of its occupant be inpatient or guests and staff. Hospital has its own defined zone security circles with competent, trained and empathetic security persons.

Laundry Services

Hospital ensure clean and disinfected linen for patients. The relevant staff is specifically trained on modern infection control protocols for preventing cross infection. Special care is taken by the department and its staff to prevent cross infection.

Pharmacy

The hospital has pharmacy stores one exclusively for the Indoor Patients and the other for the OPD patients. Both are conveniently located in the campus of the Hospital and is open 24/7.

Right from rare drugs to surgical material, the pharmacy stocks them all. Stringent quality control ensures that medicines at the Outlets are completely updated and are of highest quality. Our pharmacy is staffed only by a registered pharmacist.

Ambulance

State-of-the-art Ambulances at our hospital are equipped to handle most complex emergencies and are available to our patients 24 hrs of the day. Staffs manning these ambulances are well trained in managing emergencies in their respective fields ranging from multiple trauma to cardiac emergencies.

Emergency and trauma care is geared to meet all medical and surgical emergencies, including poly trauma.

The Ambulance Service is an integral part of the Emergency Medicine Department. We have ambulances with the necessary facilities, like monitors, defibrillators, ventilators and continuous oxygen supply. The fleet is supported by paramedics skilled in the transportation of patients and victims of accident. They are trained in Advanced Life Support and Trauma Life Support.

Cafeteria

Cafeteria is situated on the ground floor, offering snacks & beverages etc.
It is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Visitors are welcome to eat in the cafeteria.

Cafeteria hours are:

• Breakfast: 8:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m.
• Lunch: 12:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m.
• Dinner: 7:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m.
